This hybrid position requires employees to work at least two days per week from the Dublin studio. Key Responsibilities Coordinate Post Production Scheduling Work alongside the Post Production Supervisor to organize the daily schedules and responsibilities of Editors assigned to various productions. Ensure editing resources are allocated efficiently while supporting overall production timelines and delivery objectives. Support Editorial Teams Maintain regular communication with Editors to ensure they receive all required production assets, creative materials, technical files, and project information needed to complete editing tasks within agreed deadlines. Production Coordination Collaborate closely with Production Managers and Coordinators to manage the flow of review notes from Directors and clients. Ensure editorial teams receive clear, timely feedback so revisions can be completed without delaying production schedules. Review Planning Coordinate review sessions by ensuring Directors have sufficient time to assess edits, provide feedback, and approve deliverables. Help maintain realistic schedules that support both creative quality and project deadlines. Client Deliverables Monitor project milestones to ensure animatics, HD offline edits, and other production deliverables are completed accurately and delivered to clients on schedule. Maintain high levels of organization throughout the delivery process while identifying and resolving scheduling challenges proactively. Client Review Meetings Attend client review sessions and conference calls, taking detailed notes throughout discussions. Record all client feedback accurately to support Editors and Production teams during subsequent revision stages. Documentation & Quality Control Review production notes to ensure all instructions are clearly documented, easy to understand, and actionable for editorial teams. Maintain consistency and accuracy across production documentation. Schedule Reporting Provide regular updates to the Post Production Supervisor regarding schedule progress, resource availability, project risks, and any issues affecting production timelines. Production Tracking Maintain and regularly update production tracking systems, including: Ensure all project information remains current and accessible for both Post Production and Production teams. Team Collaboration Participate in weekly Post Production meetings as well as cross-functional Production and Post meetings. Studio Coordination Work with external animation studios when coordinating the delivery of HD files, retake materials, and other production assets required throughout the post-production process.
