Our culture is built on an inclusive, highly-motivated environment where you can learn from and collaborate with the most talented professionals in the gaming industry.
The Social Club team is responsible for the “connected” heart of our franchises. This includes the architecture of online services such as matchmaking, cloud saves, player statistics, and leaderboards. We also build the tools and companion apps (mobile, tablet, and web) that bridge the gap between the player and our massive open worlds.
The Production Coordinator serves as the “glue” that holds development cycles together. You will be responsible for the logistical and administrative health of the development pipeline for the Social Club.
1. Agile & Scrum Facilitation
- Directly conduct scrum meetings for two dedicated development teams.
- Lead sprint planning and loading meetings to ensure work is assigned effectively based on prioritized backlogs.

3. Workflow & Scheduling
- Communicate and track down “blocking issues” that prevent developers from completing tasks.
- Maintain and update development schedules to reflect real-time progress.
- Track assets and progress through various stages of the development pipeline.
- Collaborate with teams to accurately estimate the scope and timeline of upcoming project work.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between different disciplines (engineering, design, UI/UX, etc.) to ensure a smooth flow of information.
- Identify potential production bottlenecks and work cross-functionally to resolve them before they impact deadlines.
- Prepare and distribute production reports to stakeholders, providing a clear view of the health and status of the project.
