88 Pictures is looking for seasoned experts to spearhead the creative and technical departments for our upcoming Feature Animation project. Below are the specific requirements and expectations for each leadership role.
We are currently hiring for the following Supervisory roles:
- Look Development Supervisor: Lead the charge in defining the aesthetic DNA of the film. You will oversee the transition from concept art to final look, ensuring visual consistency and technical excellence throughout the pipeline.
- Animation Supervisor: Drive the performance and character soul of the project. We need a leader who can mentor animators to deliver high-quality, nuanced acting and dynamic movement that resonates with global audiences.
- Lighting Supervisor: Set the mood, atmosphere, and cinematic tone. You will be responsible for managing the lighting team to achieve a high-end visual finish while maintaining an efficient and scalable workflow.
What We Are Looking For:
- Feature-Level Expertise: Proven experience in a leadership or senior role on high-end Feature Animation projects.
- Creative Leadership: A passion for storytelling and the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of artists.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of modern animation pipelines and the ability to solve complex production challenges.
- Collaboration: A strong collaborative spirit to work closely with Directors and other Department Heads.
