Key Responsibilities ::
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital marketing efforts.
- Brand Consistency: Apply a strong eye for typography, color, and layout to maintain brand integrity across all platforms.
- Production: Create and manage assets across multiple aspect ratios and develop efficient templates for the creative team.
- Collaboration: Partner with designers and marketing leads to translate feedback into polished, final deliverables.
- Project Management: Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Requirements ::
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in motion graphics or a related creative role.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
- Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of motion design principles, typography, and branding.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative problem-solving approach.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus) ::
- Experience with Figma and Canva.
- 3D Animation experience (Cinema 4D preferred).
- Strong illustration skills.
