Review & Approval (Quality Control): 🔍 Essential Knowledge & Experience Category Requirements Knowledge Strong artistic sensibility focused on environment design, composition, and perspective for animated productions. Strong understanding of the 2D animation pipeline. Experience Proven experience in Layout or environmental visual development for an animated TV series or feature film. Experience with asset tracking and workflow management software (e.g., ShotGrid). Leadership Prior leadership experience managing, mentoring, and providing effective feedback to teams in an animation environment, including forecasting project requirements. Technical Skills Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
