The Role: Layout Supervisor We are seeking a seasoned Layout Supervisor with strong artistic sensibility and leadership experience to manage our Layout Team. This is a critical role responsible for translating storyboard vision and visual development into final, production-ready 2D environmental backgrounds. Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do) Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage and mentor a team of Layout Artists, ensuring continuous skill development and adherence to the show’s style. Provide regular, clear, and concise feedback and upfront direction to the team. Advocate for the team regarding schedule, morale, and quality standards. Maintain a personal, inspiring production quota to set the standard for the team.
