Strategic Planning and Risk Mitigation Working in tandem with other Producers and Directors, you will develop realistic, data-driven schedules. You are expected to look “around the corner” to identify dependencies and potential risks months before they become blockers. For every identified risk, you will prepare multiple solutions, weighing the pros and cons of each to present clear, actionable options to the Production Lead. 4. Stakeholder and Publisher Relations “Project Echo” is a collaborative effort with KRAFTON. You will be a primary point of contact, managing the delicate balance between internal studio goals and publisher expectations.
