- Physics & Dynamics: Handle basic secondary motions (hair, cloth, or environmental interactions) within Blender to add a layer of “cinematic” polish.
- Lip Sync & Facial Acting: Ensure character dialogue feels natural and carries the necessary emotional weight for the scene.
2. Collaborative Workflow
- Generalist Synergy: Work closely with our 3D Generalists who handle the modeling, texturing, and environment building. You are the specialist who makes their static world come to life.
- Lead Review: Collaborate with Senior Artists and Directors to iterate on timing and “beats.” We move fast, so your ability to take feedback and pivot is crucial.
- Asset Management: Maintain clean Blender files and organized NLA (Non-Linear Animation) tracks for easy hand-offs.
3. Remote Independence
- Self-Management: As a remote contract role, you are expected to manage your own rendering times and delivery schedules.
