The Opportunity Motion Graphics Designer

Join one of India’s premier private banks as the visual engine behind our digital narrative. We are looking for a high-caliber Motion Graphics Designer who excels at bridging the gap between 2D precision and 3D depth. In this role, you will lead the conceptualization and animation of high-impact campaigns, app explainers, and brand films that define our presence across the digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Motion Graphics Designer & 3D Animation

• Dynamic Content: Create high-quality 2D and 3D animations for digital advertisements, brand films, and social media storytelling.
• 3D Execution: Utilize Blender or Cinema 4D for modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering to produce stunning product visualizations and environments.
• Systems Design: Build motion graphics templates to ensure brand consistency and efficiency across various digital channels.

2. Video Editing & VFX

• Post-Production: Transform raw footage into polished, professional videos using Premiere Pro, incorporating color correction and sound/VO sync.
• Format Optimization: Master fast-paced edits for Reels, Shorts, and digital-first formats to drive engagement.

3. Creative Strategy & Storyboarding

• Ideation: Translate complex financial concepts and creative briefs into clear, compelling storyboards.
• Direction: Provide visual leadership during brainstorming sessions, suggesting animation techniques and aesthetic treatments that elevate the brand.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. * 3D Pipeline: Hands-on experience with Blender or Cinema 4D is mandatory for modeling and rendering.
• Foundational Knowledge: A deep understanding of animation principles, timing, spatial flow, and layout.

Technical Stack & Requirements

Experience & Education

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or Design.
• Professional Track Record: 3–9 years of experience in motion design within an agency, production house, or leading brand.
• Portfolio: A strong showreel or portfolio demonstrating diverse 2D/3D work is required.

Soft Skills

• Ability to simplify complex banking products into visually engaging stories.
• Strong communication skills to present ideas to cross-functional marketing and product teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive under tight production deadlines.
