This position blends hands-on asset creation, animation craft, in-engine implementation, and creative problem-solving. You will contribute to the entire pipeline—from concept to integration—creating animations and supporting visual effects that elevate gameplay feel, clarity, and personality while balancing quality, performance, and production needs.

Your Role in Our Kingdom
Collaborate across Art, Design, and Engineering disciplines to deliver high-quality animations aligned with the core game vision.
Own the creation of polished, expressive, and visually pleasing animations for characters, gameplay elements, and UI across various features.
Uphold animation standards, pipelines, and best practices to ensure production consistency and scalability.
Partner with Tech Art and Engineering to guarantee efficient implementation and mobile performance optimization.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging tools, and animation best practices to keep our visual storytelling innovative, fresh, and competitive.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience as an Animator in games or interactive media, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing expressive, high-quality work.
- Deep understanding of animation principles and how they serve gameplay clarity, smoothness, and functionality.
- Strong experience with 2D tools like Spine (or similar), optimized specifically for mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create, prepare, and organize assets for animation.
- Experience animating UI and player feedback moments, with a sharp eye for motion timing, readability, and user experience enhancement.
- Proven capability in creating vector art, rigging fundamentals, and working with VFX/particle systems.
- Solid knowledge of implementation workflows in Unity (or a similar engine), including performance and optimization considerations.
- Adaptable style, with comfort working in cartoony, casual aesthetics and tailoring motion language to different audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills and a proactive mindset dedicated to craft excellence and continuous learning.
Note: A portfolio demonstrating all aspects of your animation and art skills is required for application.
Nice to Have
- Experience with After Effects (or similar) for motion concepts.
- Familiarity with 3D animation workflows and tools.
- Background working within Live Games environments.
