The Role: Shaping the Next Big Hit

As a Game Producer at Belka Games, you will serve as the heartbeat of our new midcore initiative. Working alongside a co-producer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the project, ensuring that our creative vision is matched by technical excellence and market-ready performance.

• Product Strategy: You will build and implement a robust product strategy designed to maximize engagement and long-term retention.
• KPI Management: Belka Games is a data-driven studio. You will be responsible for growing the project by constantly analyzing metrics, optimizing the game economy, and managing combat balance to ensure our hero systems remain engaging and challenging.
• LiveOps Excellence: Mobile gaming is a living ecosystem. You will oversee the execution of LiveOps strategies, ensuring that our players are constantly provided with fresh, exciting content that keeps them coming back.
• Documentation & Quality: You will oversee TORs (Terms of Reference) and essential project documentation, ensuring that every feature meets the exceptionally high quality standards that have made Belka Games famous.
• Market Intelligence: You will stay ahead of the curve by monitoring genre trends, competitor movements, and shifts in the global F2P market.

• Proven Track Record: You have 3+ years of experience as a Game Producer. You have successfully navigated the production cycle and can point to concrete examples of your work—if you have experience with midcore and casual titles, you move to the top of our list.
• Technical Literacy: You possess a deep understanding of combat systems, balancing, and game economy design. You know exactly what makes a “hero” feel powerful and what keeps a player invested.
• F2P Specialist: You live and breathe the mobile market. You understand the nuances of Free-to-Play monetization and player psychology better than anyone.
• Data-Driven: At Belka Games, we make decisions based on evidence. You are comfortable diving into spreadsheets, analyzing player behavior, and using that data to pivot and optimize the product.
