You won’t just track projects—you’ll be a strategic partner, enabling teams, removing blockers, and shaping how we work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, creative environments, understands art and game production, and enjoys mentoring teams. You’ll collaborate closely with internal staff, freelancers, and clients, ensuring smooth project delivery and high-quality results. Key Responsibilities Project Ownership: Manage end-to-end production pipelines across multiple art-focused projects, from planning to delivery. Team Support & Growth: Empower team members, identify process improvements, and provide structure, mentorship, and energy to the team. Talent Sourcing: Identify staffing needs, hire external talent (freelancers/contractors), and maintain a database of qualified specialists. Proactive Leadership: Remove blockers, optimize workflows, and ensure projects keep moving—no babysitting or waiting around. Client Communication: Provide updates, manage expectations, and highlight potential risks early. Agile Mindset: Adapt quickly to changes, multitask, and maintain a solution-oriented approach. Tools & Tracking: Use and improve internal tools (ClickUp, Jira, Notion) to maintain transparency and measurable progress. Culture Building: Foster an open, feedback-driven, and respectful remote team environment. Who You Are Experienced: 5+ years in production or project management in gaming, VFX, animation, or creative industries. Multidisciplinary: Comfortable balancing planning, team support, client communication, and risk management. Empathetic Leader: Focused on people’s growth as well as task completion. Talent Connector: Skilled at spotting talent and building networks of external collaborators. Self-Starter: Proactive, independent, and able to keep projects moving. Clear Communicator: Excellent written and spoken English; able to communicate with artists, developers, and clients. Production-Savvy: Understands 3D game art pipelines and can speak the language of technical artists, environment artists, and art directors.
