Warner Bros looking for a hands-on creative leader with deep expertise in motion design, video editing, and storytelling through gameplay footage. You’ll be responsible for shaping cinematic and emotional moments that define our campaigns—spanning social content, trailers, ads, and lore drops. This is a role for a creator who leads by doing. You’ll craft visually stunning assets while mentoring a team of editors, motion designers, and artists to deliver unforgettable content for iconic franchises like DC, Harry Potter, Mortal Kombat, and Game of Thrones. 🎯 What You’ll Do Direct and contribute to motion design, video editing, and art direction across trailers, ads, and social content. Shape the storytelling, pacing, and visual tone of each project. Partner with capture artists and editors to define cinematic shot lists and visual hooks. Present storyboards, animatics, and visual concepts to communicate direction. Mentor and guide a multidisciplinary creative team. Collaborate with marketing, user acquisition, and studio partners to ensure brand-aligned campaigns. Stay ahead of trends on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and gaming culture to innovate storytelling. Maintain high creative standards while balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 🛠️ What We’re Looking For Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop). Proven track record in editing trailers, ads, and motion graphics across digital and social. Experience with game capture workflows (Unreal Engine, Unity). Strong motion design & compositing skills, with an eye for typography, layout, and VFX. Familiarity with 3D tools (Cinema4D, Blender, Maya a plus). Skilled at pacing, audio syncing, and gameplay storytelling. Clear communicator with strong presentation skills. Lead-by-example style—ready to jump in and create. Excellent at managing creative feedback loops and shifting priorities. Passionate about games, trailers, pop culture, and storytelling. 💼 Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $119,700 – $222,300/year (based on skills, experience, and location).
