You will be responsible for defining the structural integrity, technical efficiency, and aesthetic quality of every setting our characters inhabit. This role requires a unique balance of high-level geometric artistry and robust technical project management. Supervisory Leadership: You will oversee the environment modeling department, providing daily guidance, technical troubleshooting, and creative feedback to a team of talented artists. You are the final quality gate for all modeling assets, ensuring that every asset meets our high standards before it moves down the pipeline. Artistic Vision Alignment: You will work in direct partnership with our Directors and Production Designers to translate complex conceptual art into immersive 3D environments. Your leadership ensures that background environments not only support the story but actively enhance the narrative impact of each scene. Pipeline Strategy: You will bridge the gap between creative modeling and technical engine implementation. Ensuring that models are optimized for our production pipeline—while maintaining the highest standard of visual realism—is central to your responsibilities. Production Oversight: You will be responsible for milestone management, ensuring that environment deliverables are completed within the production schedule without compromising on our signature commitment to quality.   Who You Are We are looking for an experienced professional who is comfortable leading a team while remaining “in the trenches” of artistic production. Technical Proficiency: You possess expert-level mastery of Blender, a strong working knowledge of Unreal Engine, and proficiency in Substance Painter.
