Quality & Deadline Management: Ensure all animation work meets Freefolk’s exacting standards of excellence while delivering efficiently within production schedules. Pipeline Coordination: Prioritize tasks effectively, coordinate closely with lead artists, and occasionally support task allocation for team members. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with rigging, modeling, lighting, and FX departments to ensure smooth data handoffs and optimized asset behavior. Performance Nuance: Study reference material meticulously to inject authentic physical weight, secondary motion, and character intent into every frame.   💼 Requirements Previous experience animating for advertising, feature films, or animation production, ideally with realistic creatures or characters Strong proficiency in Maya and the Arnold Renderer Minimum 3 years of professional animation experience Ability to work under tight deadlines Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong artistic sense of composition, light, color, and detail Solid understanding of animation production pipelines 🌴 Why Join Freefolk?
