Job Summary : Character Animator

Key Responsibilities

• Expressive Character Animation: Create high-quality, polished character performances with meticulous attention to posing, silhouette, weight distribution, and timing.
• Direction Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Animation Director and leads to ensure every shot aligns flawlessly with the overarching emotional tone and creative vision of the film.
• Character Acting & Performance: Leverage strong acting principles to deliver believable physical reactions, facial expressions, and nuanced psychological subtext.
• Style Consistency: Maintain rigorous consistency in animation style, quality benchmarks, and technical execution across all assigned sequences.
• Production Efficiency: Manage your schedule proactively, balancing creative exploration with strict production deadlines to keep the pipeline moving smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Animate characters with precision, ensuring performances are expressive, dynamic, and story-driven.
• Collaborate closely with the Animation Director to align your work with the creative vision of the film.
• Use timing, posing, and acting skills to create animations that are both believable and emotionally engaging.
• Maintain consistency in animation style and quality across the project.
• Work efficiently within production deadlines while delivering polished animation.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Animators at Senior, Mid, or Junior level who are excited to bring CG characters to life.
• Strong understanding of acting, timing, and storytelling in animation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote production team.
