4. Detailed Role & Responsibilities
The Training Coordinator acts as the engine for the Studio Talent Group, ensuring that the logistics of education never hinder the speed of production.
Core Administrative Coordination
- Global Scheduling: Partner with global STG teams to coordinate course timings, attendee lists, and venue bookings (theaters, classrooms, and conference rooms).
- Infrastructure Management: Maintain all instructional spaces, ensuring equipment is functional and performing technical troubleshooting when necessary.
- Resource Procurement: Research and coordinate equipment purchases, moves, and repairs to support evolving training needs.
Production & Professional Development
- Onboarding Excellence: Prepare and orient new hires to the ILM technical environment, collaborating with Talent Managers and mentors to establish personalized training schedules.
- Database Integrity: Maintain the training class database and calendar to ensure all global and local events are accounted for.
- Reporting: Assist in creating comprehensive schedules and progress reports for department heads and management.
