Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Level Designer with strong Unreal Engine expertise who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll be a level design generalist with the creativity to deliver exceptional gameplay experiences and the technical skill to implement them.
You will work closely with our Design Director and Lead Designers, contributing to:
Level design, implementation & direction
Quest design & implementation
Collaboration with other departments to deliver on the studio’s vision
Participating in regular design reviews
What We’re Looking For
✅ Proficient in Unreal Engine
✅ Ability to work independently and set a clear design path
✅ Strong communication skills across teams
✅ Desire to learn, take direction, and adapt in a collaborative environment
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and professionalism
Bonus Points:
Degree or equivalent experience in game design
Experience with Unreal’s Gameplay Ability System, AI State Trees, and Blueprints
Multiple shipped titles in Unreal
