Your responsibilities will span across several key financial domains: Financial Accounting & Reporting Maintain meticulous books of accounts in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). Execute seamless monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures. Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Draft audit schedules, CARO reports, accounting policies, and Notes to Accounts. Manage project revenues, production costs, accruals, provisions, and CSR obligations. Perform comprehensive reconciliations for bank accounts, vendors, customers, and statutory ledgers. Tax Compliance (Direct & Indirect) Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including filing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and Annual Returns. Oversee GST accounting for export services and Input Tax Credit (ITC). Ensure accurate deduction, accounting, and timely remittance of TDS, alongside filing quarterly/annual returns. Handle Transfer Pricing documentation and coordinate with tax consultants for Income Tax and Tax Audits. Support tax assessments and efficiently resolve departmental notices or inquiries. Audit Management Coordinate extensively with auditors for Statutory, Limited Review, Internal, and IFC/ICOFR Audits. Ensure the rapid and accurate closure of all audit observations and queries. Support the implementation and monitoring of internal financial controls and corporate governance standards.   What You Bring to the Studio Experience: 4–6 years of hands-on experience in finance, statutory compliance, and audit coordination. Qualifications: CMA, CA Inter, or Chartered Accountant (CA). Additional certifications in taxation or finance are highly advantageous. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Ind AS, the Companies Act (2013), GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Transfer Pricing. Tools: High proficiency in modern ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and advanced financial reporting tools. Skills: Exceptional analytical capabilities combined with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Core Responsibilities Workflow Management: Partner with Producers, Leads, and Supervisors to track project milestones and manage departmental workflows, ensuring all internal and external deadlines are strictly met. Production Oversight: Facilitate daily rounds and meetings, maintaining precise records in our production software. Ensure the production database is updated with critical information daily. Communication Hub: Serve as a key point of contact for the crew and other departments. Facilitate clear and concise communication regarding client sessions, meeting changes, and project updates. Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify potential bottlenecks early and communicate effectively with Producers and Supervisors to resolve issues before they escalate. Quality & Delivery: Oversee the execution and distribution of all client deliveries (temps and finals) and manage editorial tasks in coordination with the editorial department. Operational Excellence: Maintain an accurate summary of artist progress and foster a positive, professional, and solution-oriented atmosphere within the studio.   Requirements Essential Skills: Experience: 4–6 years of total work experience, with a minimum of 2–3 years specifically as a VFX Coordinator. Project Management: Highly organized with exceptional time-management skills and a proven ability to prioritize conflicting tasks. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of live-action and CG-based VFX workflows, common file formats, and technical resolutions. Professional Demeanor: Ability to remain calm, confident, and focused in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Desirable Skills: Previous experience as a Junior Production Coordinator or Production Assistant. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project). Working knowledge of Avid or editorial workflows.
