Integrate 2D and 3D elements seamlessly into live-action plates while maintaining consistency in lighting, color, and perspective. Execute green/blue screen keying, rotoscoping, paint, and cleanup work to the highest standard. Ensure all shots meet creative and technical requirements as defined by the Compositing Lead and VFX Supervisor. Collaborate closely with other artists, lighting and FX departments to achieve the desired visual outcomes. Participate in client and internal reviews, actively contributing ideas and creative feedback. Consistently deliver top-quality results within given timelines, with minimal supervision. Requirements Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in the VFX industry as a Compositing Artist. Strong hands-on experience with industry-standard 2D compositing software, particularly Nuke (After Effects knowledge is a plus). A solid understanding of Roto, Paint, and Prep processes. Keen artistic eye for detail, with strong skills in color balance, lighting, and photographic composition. Proven ability to integrate CG elements into live-action shots while maintaining visual realism. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming creative or technical challenges. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight production deadlines. Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset, capable of receiving and implementing feedback constructively.
