You will achieve this by directing the artists’ daily work, optimizing technical workflows, maintaining studio organization, and fostering clear communication across departments. As a leader, you are crewed to a major show (or multiple smaller projects) and own the technical development, implementation requirements, and overall pipeline health for that production.
