💡 MID-LEVEL LIGHTING/RENDERING ARTIST
🎬 Your Role
As a Mid-Level Artist, you’ll help set the mood, tone, and storytelling through lighting. Your task will be to create visually striking, physically accurate scenes that stay true to the artistic vision of the project.
🛠️ Daily Responsibilities
- Craft cinematic lighting setups that enhance storytelling and mood.
- Understand and apply physically based rendering techniques.
- Maintain artistic consistency with the project’s visual style.
- Optimize scenes for lighting performance and quality.
- Stay updated with real-time rendering trends and techniques.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in VFX, CGI, or game development.
- Strong knowledge of Maya and render engines (Arnold or Redshift preferred).
- Understanding of color theory, luminance, and light behavior.
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
- Proficiency in English.
⭐ Bonus Skills
- Experience with Houdini and Nuke.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn Unreal Engine.
🌟 SENIOR LIGHTING/RENDERING ARTIST
🎬 Your Role
As a Senior Artist, you’ll collaborate closely with the Art Director from the very beginning of each project. You’ll help define the overall look, create cinematic lighting setups, and ensure consistency across all shots and sequences.
🛠️ Daily Responsibilities
- Define lighting direction and cinematic tone from early stages.
- Enhance lighting rigs per sequence or shot for visual coherence.
- Troubleshoot performance and optimize light setups.
- Stay ahead of modern rendering and look-dev techniques.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Look Development or Lighting Artist.
- Expertise in Maya, with rendering engines like Arnold, V-Ray, or Redshift.
- Strong grasp of physically based rendering and photorealistic lighting.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English.
⭐ Bonus Skills
- Experience with Houdini, Nuke, or Unreal Engine.
🎥 LEAD LIGHTING/RENDERING ARTIST
🎬 Your Role
As a Lead Lighting/Rendering Artist, you’ll guide the team in shaping the visual heart of each project. You’ll define lighting style, maintain artistic integrity, and ensure technical excellence throughout production.

- Lead the lighting team to deliver visually stunning, cinematic results.
- Define and maintain lighting style and consistency.
- Collaborate with environment, shading, and compositing teams.
- Oversee rendering pipelines for efficiency and quality.
- Mentor team members and foster creative growth.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies in lighting and rendering.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in lighting/rendering for VFX or film.
- Expertise with Arnold, V-Ray, Redshift, and Maya/Houdini.
- Experience leading or mentoring artists.
- Strong eye for color, mood, and cinematic storytelling.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and deliver top-quality work.
- Fluency in English.
