Key Responsibilities as VFX Recruiter

Your daily life at 22DOGS will be diverse, challenging, and rewarding. You will be responsible for:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: Assisting the senior team in managing vacancies across all departments, including high-end artistic roles, production management, and technical/pipeline engineering.
• Strategic Sourcing: Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific forums, and creative networking platforms to identify “passive” talent who may not be actively looking for a move but are the perfect fit for our upcoming projects.
• Talent Assessment: Reviewing a high volume of CVs, portfolios, and specialized demo reels. You will learn to identify the “X-factor” in an artist’s work and align it with the specific technical needs of our current show slate.
• Candidate Lifecycle Management: Scheduling interviews across multiple time zones, facilitating communication between busy department leads and candidates, and ensuring every applicant receives a professional and positive experience, regardless of the outcome.
• ATS Mastery: Maintaining 100% accuracy within our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring our candidate pipeline is clean, up-to-date, and actionable.
• Onboarding & HR Support: Assisting in the preparation of offer letters, contract documentation, and coordinating the logistics of onboarding new hires into the 22DOGS family.
• Administrative Excellence: Providing general administrative support to the HR team, ensuring that our recruitment processes remain compliant, efficient, and scalable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who is hungry for success and eager to embed themselves in our studio culture. To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English is strictly required, as it is the primary language of our international team.
• Organizational Mastery: The ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment where deadlines change daily. You must be comfortable managing multiple ongoing recruitment threads simultaneously.
• Professional Presence: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should feel comfortable speaking with professionals at all levels, from entry-level juniors to senior-level department heads.
• Technical Aptitude: Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced online research tools to source candidates.
• Attention to Detail: Unwavering precision when dealing with contracts, candidate data, and job postings.
• Education: A degree or formal qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Media, or a related field is highly advantageous.
• Experience: Previous recruitment experience (either in-house or agency) is desirable but not mandatory. We value potential as much as past performance.
