The Role: Your Creative Canvas
As a 3D Generalist, you will be the backbone of our visual production. This is a versatile, end-to-end role designed for someone who loves to wear many hats. Whether you are fine-tuning character facial expressions, designing complex FX simulations, or setting the perfect mood through lighting and rendering, your work will be the signature of our studio’s output. We value both artistic intuition and technical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Production: Execute high-quality post-production work primarily in Blender.
- Animation Excellence: Bring characters to life with strong character and facial animation skills.
- Visual Development: Master the art of lighting, shading, texturing, and FX to create immersive 3D environments and assets.
- Iterative Design: Work closely with the team to brainstorm and execute unique visual concepts.
- Technical Agility: Apply creative problem-solving to overcome production bottlenecks and ensure every frame looks spectacular.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in 3D who is ready to level up their career:
- Blender Mastery: A strong command of Blender is essential. We are looking for depth in lighting, shading, FX, and texturing.
- Animation Prowess: Solid understanding of character and facial animation techniques.
- Mindset: A high level of creativity combined with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Experience Level: While previous experience is preferred, we are committed to growth. If you have the raw talent and the drive to excel, we offer comprehensive training to help you master our specific workflows.
Compensation & Perks

Flexible Engagement:
Per-Project/Video: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (+ performance bonuses).
Full-Time: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (+ performance perks).
