Your Mandate

• Full-Stack Engine Mastery: Develop and implement high-performance, independent modules using Unity 3D and our proprietary in-house engine.
• Architectural Excellence: Write stable, highly optimized code across complex disciplines including AI, advanced networking, pathfinding, and custom tool development.
• Performance Engineering: Identify and resolve critical bottlenecks. You will be responsible for multi-threading, optimizing OS-level concepts, and ensuring system-level efficiency across Android, iOS, and Steam platforms.
• Technical Leadership: Act as the backbone of the development team, collaborating seamlessly with artists, designers, and QA to translate complex creative visions into robust, bug-free, and scalable code.
