What You Need to Succeed
Experience: 5+ years in professional game development with at least 3 years focused on AI.
C++ Mastery: Deep proficiency in C++ and a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Engine Knowledge: Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 (Behavior Trees, State Trees, etc.).
Shipping History: You have successfully shipped at least two commercial game titles.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and the ability to collaborate across art and design disciplines.
