The Role: Principal Quality Lead
Cyberark are seeking a highly skilled, motivated architect of quality. This is not a traditional “hands-on testing” role; it is a leadership and architectural position. You will be responsible for orchestrating quality activities across multiple groups, ensuring that large-scale, solution-level features meet the rigorous standards expected of a world-class security product.
You will be a proactive driver of change, fostering a “Quality First” culture while navigating the complexities of multi-departmental R&D environments. You are the bridge between technical execution and high-level product strategy.
Key Responsibilities & Strategic Impact
Solution-Level Orchestration: Oversee and manage comprehensive quality activities for cross-group features. You will ensure that separate departmental outputs harmonize into a singular, high-quality solution.
End-to-End (E2E) Scenario Definition: Architect complex E2E scenarios for cross-group projects. You will push for “testable designs” at the earliest stages of the SDLC, ensuring that features are built with quality as a core component, not an afterthought.
Collaboration & Automation Strategy: Partner with persona leads across various groups and central QA to ensure E2E scenarios are covered by robust manual and automated testing frameworks.
Primary Quality Liaison: Serve as the authoritative Point of Contact for all quality-related matters concerning your unit or cross-group features. You will represent the quality organization in high-level stakeholder meetings.
Culture & Mindset Advocacy: Work closely with developers, product managers, and architects to promote a quality-focused mindset. You will implement best practices, introduce modern tools, and deepen product knowledge across the organization.
Identifying Systemic Gaps: Identify architectural or process gaps that require centralized solutions. You will collaborate with Centralized QA, the PMO organization, and other solution leads to promote holistic enablement and streamlined processes.
Hybrid Leadership: Manage your responsibilities within our flexible #LI-Hybrid model, balancing deep-focus work with collaborative on-site innovation at our Israel headquarters.
What We Look for in Candidates Seeking Jobs in Israel

Qualifications & Technical Skills
Proven Leadership: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality leadership or QA architectural role, preferably within a complex, multi-departmental, or global environment.
SaaS & Cloud Expertise: Strong technical understanding of cloud-based, large-scale SaaS products. You should be familiar with the unique challenges of testing and monitoring distributed systems.
Methodology Mastery: Deep knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, modern testing tools, and continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines.
Influencing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to drive change and secure “buy-in” from various engineering and product stakeholders.
Problem-Solving & Mentorship: A sharp eye for detail and the ability to mentor team members. You should be passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
