Junior 3D Artist Job Overview
Location: Kélibia, Nabeul (On-site) Type: Full-time (CDI) Company: Last Bullet Studio Software Skills: Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, or Substance Suite
Last Bullet Studio is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we are looking for a dedicated Junior 3D Artist to join our creative team in Kélibia. This is a full-time, permanent position (CDI) designed for an artist who is early in their career but possesses a deep passion for the craft and a strong desire to evolve within a professional production environment.
At Last Bullet Studio, you won’t just be another number. You will be an integral part of a team working on a diverse range of internal and external projects. While we keep specific project details confidential until the interview stage, you can expect to work on high-quality assets that challenge your technical skills and artistic eye.
The Role
As a Junior 3D Artist, your primary focus will be the creation and refinement of 3D assets. You will work under the guidance of our senior creative leads, helping to translate concepts into high-quality digital models. This role is as much about learning as it is about producing; we are looking for someone who views every task as an opportunity to sharpen their workflow and master new tools.
Your Responsibilities
Asset Creation: Model, texture, and bake assets according to project specifications and technical requirements.
Pipeline Integration: Work within our established workflows to ensure that assets are optimized for their intended platforms, maintaining high visual standards without sacrificing performance.
Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and “dailies” to discuss project progress. You will work closely with other artists and developers to ensure a cohesive visual style across all project components.
Iterative Improvement: Take constructive feedback from senior artists and leads, applying it to your work to meet the studio’s quality benchmarks.
Technical Maintenance: Keep your project files organized and follow studio naming conventions to ensure a smooth hand-off to other departments.
What We Are Looking For
Last Bullet Studio value talent and technical skill, but we place an equal emphasis on mindset. We want to work with people who are genuinely excited about 3D art and are eager to contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements:
A Strong Portfolio: Whether it consists of student work, personal passion projects, or early professional experience, your portfolio must demonstrate a solid understanding of 3D fundamentals (modeling, texturing, and lighting).
Foundational Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software (such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, or Substance Suite).
Growth Mindset: A proactive attitude toward learning. You should be someone who stays up-to-date with new techniques and is motivated to improve your speed and quality.
Team Spirit: Excellent communication skills and a “team-first” mentality. We believe the best results come from collaborative environments where everyone supports one another.
Relocation: This is a 100% on-site role in Kélibia. Candidates must be living in or willing to relocate to the Kélibia/Nabeul area to work alongside the team in our studio.
Why Join Us?
Joining Last Bullet Studio means working in a supportive environment where your contributions are visible and valued. We offer:
Professional Mentorship: The chance to learn directly from experienced artists who are committed to helping you grow.
Exciting Projects: Exposure to a variety of workflows and art styles through our mix of internal and external contracts.
Stability: A long-term CDI contract in a growing studio located in the beautiful coastal city of Kélibia.
A Positive Culture: A workplace that encourages creativity, curiosity, and a healthy work-life balance.
