Guide Talent Development: Recognize your team’s strengths, provide constructive feedback, and help artists grow their skills.
Solve Problems Quickly: Identify and address technical or personnel issues, keeping production moving forward.
Interpret the Director’s Vision: Translate creative direction into actionable animation tasks that achieve the intended look and feel.

6+ years in animation production, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Proven leadership experience, including training and mentoring animators.
Advanced animation skills, especially in character animation.
Deep understanding of the full animation pipeline, from pre- to post-production.
Strong communication skills for both creative and technical discussions.
Sequence directing experience is a plus.
Why This Role Matters
In the fast-paced world of animation, the Animation Supervisor is both a creative leader and a problem solver. Your expertise ensures that every shot not only meets technical requirements but also resonates emotionally with audiences.
At Digital Domain, you won’t just be supervising—you’ll be shaping the storytelling magic that brings worlds and characters to life.
