Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Video Production

• Creative Ownership: Lead the full production cycle for video advertisements and promotional content. This includes storyboarding, capturing high-quality in-game footage, and post-production.

• Motion Graphics Excellence: Design and animate sophisticated 2D and 3D motion graphics that elevate the production value of our marketing assets.

• Visual Effects (VFX): Implement impactful visual effects and particle systems to enhance gameplay footage and create “hero” moments in video ads.

Content Optimization & Strategy

• Multi-Platform Adaptation: Optimize video content for various distribution channels, ensuring that formats and aspect ratios are tailored for social media, app stores, and partner platforms.

• Brand Guardianship: Act as a steward for our internal and partner Intellectual Properties (IPs). Ensure all video materials adhere strictly to brand guidelines and visual bibles.

• Trend Analysis: Stay at the forefront of the gaming and motion design industry. Proactively suggest new creative directions based on emerging technologies and market trends.

Collaboration & Communication

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal game teams, marketing managers, and external stakeholders to incorporate feedback and refine creative assets.

• Deadline Management: Operate with independence in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all project milestones are met without compromising the studio’s high quality standards.

Required & Preferred Qualifications

Professional Requirements

• Proven Track Record: A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in motion design, video editing, or a related field within the gaming or creative agency sectors.
• Storytelling Mastery: A strong portfolio or demo reel is mandatory. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a sophisticated sense of pacing, composition, and visual narrative.
• Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential for collaborating within our intercultural studio environment.
• Gaming Passion: A genuine love for video games. You should understand player psychology and what visual cues trigger engagement in a gaming context.

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite: Expert-level proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop is required.
• 3D Toolsets: Strong knowledge of 3D software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max is a major advantage. You should be comfortable with 3D animation, lighting, and rendering workflows.
• Asset Preparation: Ability to prepare and optimize 3D assets for use in motion graphics pipelines.
• Compositing: Advanced skills in multi-pass rendering and compositing to create seamless transitions between 3D elements and captured footage.
