The Role: Visual Storytelling at Scale

We are seeking talented Animators & GFX Artists to join our remote creative department. You will be the architect behind our visual brand assets, bringing life to everything from short-form social promos and explainer videos to polished corporate interviews. This role offers the perfect balance of creative freedom and technical precision, allowing you to showcase your versatility across a diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Execution: Conceptualize, design, and produce high-impact animations and special effects that align with our clients’ unique brand voices.
• Motion Graphics Design: Create everything from essential motion elements (lower thirds, animated logos, bumpers) to full-scale, complex motion productions.
• Asset Management: Modify, rework, and optimize existing motion graphic assets to ensure consistency across multiple projects.
• Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with both internal team members and our global clients to iterate on ideas and refine visual direction.

Role Overview

Candidate Profile

We are looking for seasoned professionals who have a deep understanding of what makes a video “pop.” You are someone who manages multiple deadlines with ease and takes a solution-oriented approach to every creative challenge.

Core Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: 5+ years of dedicated professional experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, video editing, and animation.
• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Illustrator, and Photoshop. You should be comfortable with both custom builds and working within existing templates.
• Design Fundamentals: A solid foundation in layout, color theory, typography, and motion design principles.
• Versatility: Demonstrated ability to create content that resonates with broad audiences.
• Technical Requirements: You must own a reliable, production-ready Mac or Windows workstation. Proficiency with screen recording software (e.g., Camtasia) is also required.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field is preferred.
