Role Overview

As a Visual Development Artist, you will be the creative architect of our games’ visual language. From the early conceptual phases to final in-game assets, you will set the tone, mood, and aesthetic style that define our players’ journeys. You will work in a highly collaborative environment, bridging the gap between artistic exploration and game functionality, ensuring that every visual element supports both the gameplay mechanics and the emotional core of the project.

Job Summary  : Visual Development Artist

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Create and design visual concepts, characters, environments, and in-game assets from the ground up.
• Define and maintain the visual style and direction of the game.
• Work hand-in-hand with Product and Development teams for a seamless player experience.
• Research art trends, references, and new tools to keep our visuals ahead of the curve.
• Iterate and refine artworks based on feedback, data, and playtesting.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance gameplay, visuals, and storytelling.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Arts or equivalent experience in 2D/Visual Development.
• Strong drawing and design fundamentals — color, light, composition, perspective, anatomy.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• A versatile portfolio that shows your creativity across multiple styles.
• Passion for mobile games and delivering high-quality visuals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
