Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced 3D Artist to create Playable Ads—mini-games designed for advertising. You’ll work closely with designers, programmers, and marketers to turn concepts into ready-to-launch creatives.

Responsibilities:

• Adapt and optimize 3D/2D assets for Playable Ads.

• Set up scenes with lighting, shadows, materials, and atmosphere.

• Work with VFX (particles, special effects).

• Collaborate across teams to bring ideas to life.

Requirements:

• Strong skills in assembling 3D/2D scenes, lighting, shadows, and materials.

• Proficiency in Blender (topology, geometry optimization, UV mapping).

• Confident use of particle VFX systems.

• Knowledge of Cocos Creator or willingness to transition.

• Solid portfolio demonstrating skills.

• Academic foundation in composition, color theory, perspective, lighting, stylization.

Bonus Skills:

• Creating animations directly in a game engine.
