Key Responsibilities

Your leadership and expertise will be the foundation of our students’ success. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Engaging Training Sessions: Deliver high-energy, informative training sessions covering core VFX tools, techniques, and real-world project workflows.
• Workflow Mastery: Provide deep-dive instruction on industry-standard software, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Nuke, and Silhouette.
• Professional Mentorship: Guide students through the creation of industry-ready storyboards and high-quality showreels that showcase their best work to potential employers.
• Individualized Feedback: Offer personalized critiques and support, helping students identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
• Staying Current: Continuously update your own technical knowledge, ensuring that the training provided at Arena Animation reflects the latest trends, software updates, and techniques in the global VFX industry.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a professional who combines technical excellence with exceptional interpersonal skills. To be a successful Senior VFX Faculty member at Arena, you should possess:

• Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of professional VFX industry experience or equivalent teaching experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Nuke, and Silhouette is mandatory.
• Language Skills: Strong communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Hindi and Telugu is required to effectively support our diverse student body in Hyderabad.
• Communication: A natural ability to simplify complex concepts, motivate students, and build a positive, constructive learning environment.
