Framestore is looking for an experienced VFX Line Producer to oversee the day-to-day operations of our project production pipelines. In this role, you will ensure our projects run efficiently, stay on schedule, and remain within budget. Acting as the vital link between internal creative teams and cross-site partners, you will play a pivotal role in delivering world-class visual effects.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Schedule Management
- Milestone Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, milestones, and delivery deadlines in close collaboration with Creative and show Production teams.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor the daily progress of all VFX shots, sequences, and assets; proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks or schedule conflicts.
- Data Integrity: Manage and oversee the shot tracking database (ShotGrid) with the assistance of department coordinators to ensure data accuracy and reporting clarity.
- Resource Management: Anticipate and efficiently communicate idle team scenarios or resource constraints to the Associate Producer and cross-site Production teams.
Reporting & Operations
- Performance Insights: Generate regular status reports and forecasts for the Head of Production and Senior show leadership, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
- Render Optimization: Review, manage, and communicate render priorities with relevant stakeholders to optimize technical resources.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide the internal production team, including Production Coordinators and Production Assistants (PAs).
- Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and lead weekly production meetings, ensuring clear action items and summaries are distributed to attendees.
- Personnel Logistics: Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of project personnel, managing data access and resource allocation.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Execute other related production duties as reasonably required by the project.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Industry Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in VFX production, featuring at least 2 years specifically in a Line Producer or Senior Production role.
- Pipeline Knowledge: An in-depth, comprehensive understanding of the entire VFX production pipeline.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong, practical knowledge of ShotGrid, MS Office, and Google Suite.
- Workflow Management: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of managing high-volume, fast-paced workflows and prioritizing conflicting tasks.
- Communication & Resilience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to remain calm, analytical, and positive under high-pressure deadlines.
