As a Senior Technical Artist, you’ll play a key role in shaping our visual worlds and ensuring that our art pipelines and tools are as powerful as the visuals they produce. You’ll collaborate closely with artists, designers, and engineers to create workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and push the performance of next-gen platforms to their limits.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Drive the creation of dynamic and visually captivating game environments that enhance immersion and storytelling.
• Push the boundaries of modern hardware by optimizing features for performance and stability.
• Stay ahead of industry trends — explore cutting-edge research papers, experiment with emerging technologies, and introduce new techniques into the pipeline.
• Develop and code specialized shaders that bring unique visual effects and material behaviors to life.
• Design and maintain procedural content creation tools for faster, scalable asset generation.
• Build automation systems and scripts to streamline workflows and improve production efficiency.
• Act as a bridge between the Art and Programming teams, ensuring smooth communication, technical clarity, and creative alignment.
• Provide hands-on technical support, documentation, and best practices for tools, workflows, and engine processes.

🧩 What You Bring to the Team

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience developing AAA console or PC titles.
• A strong portfolio or shipped games demonstrating your technical and artistic impact.
• Deep understanding of real-time rendering, including memory and performance constraints.
• Mastery of Unreal Engine (or a comparable AAA game engine).
• Expertise with Houdini and other procedural content tools.
• Proficiency in MaxScript or Maya scripting.
• A proactive, self-driven mindset — capable of independent R&D and experimentation.
• Experience with procedural open-world content generation.
• Preferred Skills:

• Scripting expertise in Python, C++, or similar languages.

• Familiarity with physical, fluid, and gas simulations.

• Passion for discovering new techniques and optimizing existing ones for performance and quality.
