About CrazyGames
In 2026, the world of digital entertainment is faster and more accessible than ever. At the heart of this revolution is CrazyGames, one of the planet’s largest casual gaming platforms. We provide a frictionless, instant-play experience to over 50 million monthly users across both web and mobile interfaces.
We believe that gaming should be a universal joy—accessible in a single click without the barriers of hardware constraints or long download times. As we continue to scale our global footprint, we are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate the excitement of our platform into a cohesive, world-class visual brand. This is a chance to shape how millions of people perceive and interact with the future of browser-based and mobile gaming.
The Role: Defining the Visual DNA of Gaming
This is not a role for a designer who wants to work in a silo. As a Graphic Designer at CrazyGames, you are a vital pillar of the Marketing team. You will be the bridge between our technical product and our passionate community of players.
We are looking for a creative who balances artistic flair with performance-driven thinking. You will elevate the quality, speed, and consistency of our creative output, ensuring that every touchpoint—from a tiny app store icon to a massive global campaign banner—feels distinctly and high-quality “CrazyGames.” You will work at the intersection of branding, product marketing, and user psychology.
Your Journey: The First 12 Months
We don’t believe in “busy work.” Every asset you create has a purpose and a path to millions of eyes. Here is how your influence will grow over your first year:
Phase 1: Immersion & First Wins (Month 1)
- Brand Deep Dive: You will immerse yourself in the CrazyGames product, our unique user demographics, and our existing design library.
- Creative Workflows: You’ll master our internal tools and collaboration pipelines, getting to know the rhythm of the Marketing and Product teams.
- Rapid Impact: By the end of your first month, your first set of marketing assets will already be live in active campaigns, contributing to our monthly growth.
Phase 2: Channel Mastery (Month 3)
- Multi-Channel Execution: You will be producing a wide variety of high-quality visuals, including email banners, social media designs, and in-product promotional placements.
- Growth Optimization: You will collaborate with the mobile team to overhaul and improve our App Store and Play Store assets, directly influencing our conversion rates and organic growth.
Phase 3: Pipeline Ownership (Month 6)
- Creative Lead: You will take full ownership of the production pipeline for marketing creatives.
- Brand Guardian: You’ll be responsible for strengthening brand consistency across diverse surfaces, including partnership decks, landing pages, event materials, and social media.
- Scalability: You will implement systems (like Figma components or templates) that allow the team to move faster without sacrificing quality.
Phase 4: Strategic Vision (Month 12)
- Efficiency at Scale: Within a year, thanks to your systems and skill, our marketing output will be significantly faster and more effective.
- Defining the Future: You will have contributed meaningfully to the evolution of the CrazyGames brand identity as we head into the next phase of our global expansion. Your work will be the benchmark for how we look and feel to 50M+ users.
What You’ll Do
- High-Impact Design: Create stunning visuals for social media, email marketing, and partnership initiatives that stop the scroll and drive engagement.
- App Store Optimization (ASO): Support our mobile app’s growth by designing high-conversion screenshots, icons, and promotional banners.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve our visual identity system, ensuring that our brand is represented accurately across decks, event booths, and digital landing pages.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a creative partner to the Product, Partnerships, and Publishing teams to support game launches and special events.
- Iterative Design: Use performance data and feedback to constantly refine your work. You understand that “good design” is design that works for the user.
What We Are Looking For
We want a designer who is as excited about the “why” as they are about the “how.”
Core Requirements
- Experience: You have 3+ years of professional experience as a brand, graphic, or marketing designer, ideally within the digital product or gaming space.
- The Toolkit: You are an expert in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and consider Figma a primary part of your workflow.
- Digital Native: You understand the specific constraints and opportunities of designing for the web, mobile apps, and social platforms.
- Speed & Quality: You can balance the need for daily iterations with a high standard for visual polish. You don’t need a month to turn around a high-quality banner.
- Self-Starter: You thrive in a remote environment. You take ownership, meet deadlines, and don’t wait for permission to make things better.
The “Nice to Haves”
- Motion Design: If you can bring your designs to life with basic animation in After Effects or Premiere, you’ll have a significant advantage.
- 3D Assets: Experience with Blender or other 3D tools to create unique marketing elements is a huge plus.
What We Offer

- Radical Autonomy: We hire experts and stay out of their way. You’ll have the freedom to manage your schedule and your creative process.
- Flexible Life: Work from your home office, a co-working space, or a beach—as long as you have a stable connection and overlap with the team, we’re happy.
- In-Person Connection: Once or twice a year, we organize a “Team Week” somewhere in Europe. We pay for your flights and accommodation so you can bond with your colleagues in person.
