You will be responsible for translating complex theological concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand motion graphics. Whether you are working on a 30-second social media promo or a massive stage-background animation for a worship service, your goal is to eliminate distractions and point people toward Christ. Key Responsibilities: “What You’ll Do” Conceptual Architecture: Develop storyboards and visual concepts for motion graphics that align with the specific needs of Central and campus teams. Production Excellence: Create high-fidelity animations using After Effects, Cinema 4D, and other relevant industry applications. Collaboration: Partner with various ministry leads to ensure that the visual tone matches the heart of the message being delivered. Multi-Format Delivery: Design engaging 2D and 3D content for the “Weekend Experience,” church-wide campaigns, and specific ministry initiatives. Innovation: Actively identify and implement new design techniques, staying ahead of industry trends to keep the church’s media fresh and impactful. Task Management: Utilize the internal project management system to manage assignments, meet strict deadlines, and provide vision for long-term projects.
