Your primary mission is to elevate the quality of animation, ensuring every performance strikes an emotional chord with audiences while adhering to strict project milestones. You will manage and mentor a talented team of animators, reviewing shots, providing actionable feedback, and bridging the gap between animation and other crucial departments like Layout, Lighting, and Compositing. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and mentor a growing team of animators, fostering professional growth and technical excellence. Quality Control & Shot Review: Rigorously review shots during dailies, offering constructive, precise feedback to maintain top-tier visual standards. Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner smoothly with Layout, Rigging, Lighting, and Compositing teams to ensure a seamless production pipeline.
