The objective of this role is to design and implement these systems in a way that is both robust and efficient.
You will act as the technical architect behind these systems, ensuring that complexity is managed without compromising performance. The game demands a developer who can maintain clarity in code structure while handling intricate dependencies between systems.
Performance is a critical factor. You will be responsible for maintaining a high frame rate and ensuring stability across a range of hardware configurations. This requires a proactive approach to optimization, identifying bottlenecks early and implementing solutions that scale effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Gameplay Mechanic Implementation
Design and develop core gameplay systems using a hybrid approach of C++ and Unreal Engine Blueprints. This includes implementing mechanics such as repairing, scavenging, upgrading, and interaction systems.
