Website Sharkmob

Sharkmob was founded in 2017 with a singular mission: to create AAA-quality games that push the boundaries of multiplayer experiences. With our first title, Bloodhunt, and our upcoming tactical extraction shooter, Exoborne, we have established ourselves as a premier developer in the Unreal Engine ecosystem. However, our greatest achievement isn’t just our code—it’s our people.
Sharkmob operate under the philosophy that a game studio is only as strong as its crew. In Malmö, we have built a workplace where “having fun” is a core value, not just a poster on the wall. We are an international, inclusive, and highly collaborative group. As our current HR Specialist prepares for parental leave, we are seeking a dedicated professional to step into this vital role for the next 12 months. This is more than a “fill-in” position; it is an opportunity to be the heartbeat of our operations during one of the most exciting phases of our studio’s growth.
