The Role: Bringing Scripts to Life
As a Voice Over Artist, you are the final performer. Your primary objective is to record clear, natural, and engaging audio that enhances the listener’s understanding and enjoyment of our content.
- Vocal Performance: You will record a variety of scripts, from high-energy educational content to soft, soothing storytelling. This requires a high degree of vocal control, modulation, and the ability to adapt your tone to suit different demographics.
- Accuracy & Pronunciation: Maintaining authenticity is our priority. You must demonstrate native-level fluency and ensure that your pronunciation, grammar, and intonation are impeccable according to the specific regional dialect of the script.
- Professional Reliability: We work in a fast-paced environment where timelines are critical. You will be responsible for managing your recording sessions and ensuring that all final deliverables are submitted punctually.
Who You Are
The Lead Vision is looking for artists who take pride in their craft and understand that voice acting is about more than just reading words on a page—it is about performance.
- Native Proficiency: You must have native-level fluency in at least one of the following languages: Bangla, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, or Punjabi.
- Vocal Quality: You possess a clear, articulate voice with a natural ability to modulate your pitch and pacing to convey emotion and meaning.
- Professional Setup: While you will be working on-site in Noida, you should have a fundamental understanding of what constitutes a “pro” sound. You are comfortable in a recording environment and know how to utilize studio equipment to achieve a crisp, noise-free recording.
- Experience & Samples: Preference is given to candidates with prior voiceover experience. Samples of your previous work are mandatory for your application to be considered. We want to hear your range and your ability to handle different types of content.
Bonus Skills
While not required, the following abilities will distinguish your application:
- Script Adaptation: The ability to translate or adapt scripts to ensure they sound natural and colloquial in your native language.
- Post-Production: Basic knowledge of audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition) to perform minor clean-ups or file conversions.
