Position Overview: Shaping the World of Mini Minds
As a 3D Generalist at Mini Minds, you will wear multiple creative hats, handling everything from raw asset creation to final visual polish. Children’s animation demands an eye for bright, clean aesthetics, friendly character silhouettes, and engaging environments that hold a child’s attention.
You will work closely with our core remote team to turn conceptual storyboards into fully realized 3D animated sequences. Because this is a generalist role, you will gain hands-on experience across the entire 3D pipeline—modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, and rendering—giving you an incredible platform to fast-track your skills in the animation industry.

- Create and optimize 3D assets using Blender
