The Role: Motion Graphics Editor
We are looking for a highly skilled Motion Graphics Editor with an impeccable eye for design and a deep understanding of rhythm and aesthetics. This isn’t just a role for someone who can operate software; we need a “crafter.”
You will be the bridge between raw AI-generated assets and the final, polished cinematic output. Your primary mission is to take AI generations produced by our internal team and weave them into seamless, high-fidelity commercials that look and feel like multi-million dollar productions.
What You Will Do
- Motion Architecture: Design and animate sophisticated graphics that enhance our AI-driven narratives, ensuring every movement feels intentional and premium.
- AI Integration: Work closely with our AI specialists to composite and transition various AI-generated elements into fluid, cohesive brand films.
- Creative Experimentation: Stay at the forefront of the industry by constantly testing new formats, styles, and creative workflows. You aren’t just following a brief; you are helping us discover what is possible.
- Short-Form Mastery: Craft high-retention short-form content that captures attention within the first second and maintains it until the very end.
- End-to-End Delivery: Manage your projects from the initial storyboard phase through to final color grading and export, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines without compromising quality.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate is a hybrid of a technical wizard and a fine artist. We are looking for someone who:
Possesses Exceptional Taste: You understand color theory, typography, and composition. You know the difference between a video that “looks okay” and a video that “feels elite.”
Is Software Savvy: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is non-negotiable. You should be comfortable moving between these tools to create complex compositions.
