About the Role Compositing Lead

The Compositing Lead plays a critical role in the visual finishing process of the animated production. You will be responsible for combining animation, backgrounds, lighting, effects, and other visual elements into polished final shots ready for delivery.

As the lead of the compositing department, you will supervise artists, review work, maintain visual consistency, and ensure the project meets both artistic and technical standards. You will also collaborate closely with production managers, technical directors, VFX teams, editors, and animation supervisors to guarantee smooth workflows and efficient delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision of Compositing & Image Finalization

  • Support efficient rendering and compositing practices.

Production Scheduling & Deadline Management

  • Organize workloads to meet production deadlines.

  • Monitor team progress and identify risks early.
  • Report delays or technical issues promptly.
  • Maintain high visual standards while working under tight schedules.
