As our Team Lead for Motion Graphics & Video, you will act as the heartbeat of our video production. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of motion artists, video editors, and scriptwriters. • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate daily with our copy, design, brand, and strategy teams to ensure every video asset is aligned with the broader business objectives.
• Trendsetting: Act as our resident expert on global trends. You will experiment with new techniques, advocate for the adoption of better tools, and keep Clevertize at the forefront of the industry.

• Experience: A minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, video production, animation, and AI-driven workflows.
• Production Background: A strong history of working within high-paced production houses.
• Proven Leadership: A demonstrated track record of managing and nurturing creative teams, including performance management and creative direction.
• Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in industry-standard animation and editing software, coupled with a genuine proficiency in modern AI tools for creative production.

• Storytelling Excellence: An innate ability to visualize complex ideas, with the ideation skills to translate brand strategies into compelling video narratives.
