Your Role as a Compositor Intern

The compositor is the final gatekeeper of the VFX pipeline. As a Compositor Intern, you will work closely with our lead artists to assemble final shots, ensuring that every element feels like it belongs in the same space.

During your internship, you will gain deep expertise in:

• Layer Integration: Mastering the art of blending 2D and 3D elements, matching color tones, and balancing light to create photorealistic compositions.
• Technical Foundations: Applying advanced techniques in layering, rotoscoping, keying, and motion tracking to solve complex shot requirements.
• Workflow Mastery: Learning the complete industry-standard compositing workflow, from initial script setup to final render and delivery.
• Artistic Storytelling: Understanding how to use visual effects to enhance the narrative and emotional impact of a scene.

Internship Details

• Role: Compositor (Internship)
• Location: On-site at our studio in Kolkata, West Bengal.
• Salary: Approximately ₹1.8 Lakhs – ₹2.6 Lakhs LPA (approx. $2,155 – $3,115 USD per annum).
• Experience Level: We welcome freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience. While we provide mentorship, a strong reel or portfolio demonstrating your potential and technical understanding is highly valued.
