Whether it’s adjusting the lighting to evoke a specific mood or ensuring that complex camera moves feel natural and fluid, the Compositing Supervisor ensures the Director’s vision is realized to its fullest potential. Core Responsibilities Departmental Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of dedicated Compositors. You will be responsible for distributing tasks based on artist strengths and monitoring the progress of shots to ensure the production stays on schedule. Standardization: Establish and maintain robust compositing standards. This includes creating scene templates and enforcing strict naming conventions across multiple episodes to ensure that any artist can step into a scene and understand the workflow. Quality Control: Review every shot before final delivery. You will provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to your team, helping them elevate their technical and artistic skills.
