What You’ll Do Translate 2D designs into 3D while preserving the original artistic intent. Create complex or stylized models with strong shape, scale, and topology. Deliver accurate UVs for seamless downstream use. Build optimized meshes ready for rigging, layout, and lighting. Work closely with the Model Lead to maintain quality and deadlines. Focus on stylized characters, including clothing modeled in Marvelous Designer. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in a VFX or animated feature pipeline. Proficiency in Maya and ZBrush. Strong experience with Marvelous Designer. Knowledge of blendshapes (a plus, not required). Solid understanding of edge flow, polygon density, and deformation-friendly topology. About the Role We are seeking a Production Coordinator to support our team on an exciting new animated feature film. In this role, you’ll report directly to the Production Manager and act as a key liaison between production, department leads, and artists. You’ll be responsible for tracking progress, maintaining schedules, facilitating workflows, and ensuring clear communication across teams. What You’ll Do Build and manage daily floor schedules with Production and Craft Supervisors. Track tasks, update statuses, and provide timely Estimate-to-Complete (ETC) reports. Coordinate reviews, prepare agendas, and capture concise notes for follow-ups. Highlight progress, challenges, and adjustments in weekly summary reports. Liaise across departments, ensuring smooth collaboration and resolving workflow issues. Review and approve artist timesheets weekly. Raise and track any technical or creative issues affecting deadlines. What We’re Looking For Experience coordinating production in 3D animation (feature animation preferred). Strong understanding of the 3D animation pipeline (Assets → Lighting/Compositing). Proficiency with Autodesk Flow Production Tracking and spreadsheets.
