Primary Responsibilities & Performance Expectations As an Animator at MR. X, your primary objective is to breathe life into the digital canvas. You will serve as the performance architect for our projects, transforming static rigs into living, breathing entities that possess weight, intent, and emotional depth. Your daily responsibilities will span across structural execution, collaborative iteration, and pipeline communication. ANIMATION PIPELINE LIFECYCLE 1. Previsualization & Layout → Rapid prototyping of shot pacing 2. Performance Generation → Applying core mechanics & subtext 3. Collaborative Iteration → Integrating lead & supervisor notes 4.
