As a Lighting & Compositing Artist, you serve as the final cinematic brushstroke. Pipeline Integration: Collaborate seamlessly with other departments—including Blender generalists, Roto & Prep artists, Lighting, Compositing, and 3D Animation—to maintain technical continuity across pipelines. Shader & Material Development: Create and refine advanced material graphs, custom shaders, and lighting setups to achieve striking visual fidelity without compromising frame rates. Blueprint Scripting: Utilize Blueprints and real-time tools to build interactive elements, automate tedious workflows, and support early-stage gameplay or cinematic blocking.
